Shipping Policy

UPS is the shipping carrier responsible for delivering a package by the estimated time and date given by your UPS tracking number. 


Once your package has left Haute Honeys, your package is in transit to you and you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for UPS to update your tracking number. Once a package is in transit, if you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping please contact UPS. UPS toll free customer service number: 1 (800) 742-5877


Haute Honeys is not liable for any shipping delays due to the COVID pandemic, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, UPS delays, order verification or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.


Haute Honeys is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

If USPS tried to deliver your package and you were not at the given address, you are responsible to reschedule redelivery with UPS or responsible to pick up at your local post office. 

Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If you inserted the shipping address incomplete/incorrect, please contact us via email to correct this before the order has shipped out. Once an order is in transit, Haute Honeys can no longer correct the address, therefore please contact UPS to correct your shipping address.

If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address or unclaimed, you will be responsible for reshipment. Once the package is returned due to failed delivery, you will be contacted. The reshipping fee is $9.

Upon receiving your order back, you have up to 7 days to let us know if you would like your order reshipped at an additional reshipping cost. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with store tags and in original condition. Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 

International Orders

International orders are shipped with UPS and are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Haute Honeys nor are they set by Haute Honeys rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
