Where are you based?

Haute Honeys is based in Southfield, Michigan USA.
Can i customize an order?

Yes! All orders are custom-made and each product page includes a section where you can include measurements and alteration requests. Alternatively, our customers have the option to contact us for custom inquiries and will be contacted as soon as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?

All garments are made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks before shipping. For rush orders please include the word "RUSH" in the Sizing/Alterations or in the Order Notes. You will be contacted with more details on the order and required to pay a separate rush fee of $40USD.
How are the products sized?

Please refer to our Sizing Guide. For best fit, please include measurements in the notes/sizing field on your order.
Can I place an order for a custom design?

Yes, please refer to the Custom Inquiries page where you can include a description of the design you're looking for along with images. You will receive an email response as soon as possible.
